My Story

Since 1990 I've been helping companies create "Exquisite" relationships with their customers, their employees and their suppliers, boards and communities. Having worked in hundreds of companies as a consultant as well as trainer and speaker, I got the "inside" scoop on what really makes for a customer focused culture. The answer, of course, was the right kind of leadership.


In 2005 I had the opportunity to become an Authentic Happiness Coach and study with the founder of Positive psychology himself, Dr. Martin Seligman. Bringing the evidence based practices of the Science of Happiness added a rich dimension to my business. Now I could help individuals and companies create more happiness at work and in their personal lives. From their I studied with many of the luminaries in the field and for 8 years was an active member of the Positive Workplace International. From there I went on to be part of the first 25 people in the world to be certified by a university (Florida International) as a Certified Chief Happiness Officer. My work in organizations kept broadening and included values creation and cultural work.



I bring a very wholistic view on building relationships as well as practical application of the loyalty strategies I teach in both my books. With a focus on positive climate, positive relationships, positive communication and positive meaning, I teach leaders at all levels to expand their "positive capacity." Loyalty and sales increase!
