My Story

I’m on a mission to help people break free from the Big Lie – the B.S. messaging that our inherent human condition is a “problem” that “needs fixing”.

The day you were born, you were 100% worthy. And today, you are still 100% worthy.

But in between the day you were born and where you are now, you’re bombarded by false messaging – things like you’re “not good enough, bad, unworthy”.  And the mind internalizes these messages, as if they’re true.

I get it, I know exactly what you’re going through.  How?  Because I first heard this same messaging as a little girl – from family, religion, school, media, culture.

I felt confused and angry, stuffing how I felt down deep inside and hiding my voice.  And then I added in alcohol – trying for decades to drown out feelings of “never good enough”, unworthy, shame.

I came to life coaching in 2019 after I stopped drinking in 2018, realizing that I wanted to help others by combining my lived experiences with formalized coach training.

As a skilled Certified Life / Mindset Coach, I teach private clients how to embrace their personal authority and make changes because they want to – not from thinking they're "broken" and need to be “fixed”.

I also leverage my traditional education – a Masters Degree in Management and Bachelors Degree in Business Finance – with decades of corporate experience to serve progressive, visionary businesses that want to truly make a difference for their employees.

My clients say

"Leigh has completely transformed the way I look at myself. I love her compassion and comforting style of coaching, and I always felt incredibly safe. Right from the get go, Leigh listened, without judgment. Nothing I said or asked was too much. I was able to really question what was going on. I have had a shift around the way I think and how it has been affecting me. I'm now able to look at and process my thoughts differently, without judgment or beating myself up. This is a huge shift. Thank you so, so very much, Leigh."
