The old school belief that "it's their job", and there is no requirement to create an environment people love to work in, is one of the root causes of the issues organizations are facing today.

Intuition Development: Your intuition is an inherent gift, no different than your 5 other senses. Developing this gift into a superpower will allow you to strengthen relationships, discern where, and with whom, to spend your time and energy, sense issues and address them before they become real problems, and so much more. This is the key capability that will allow you to learn how to manage, read and use energy to create high performance capabilities.

Do they feel fragmented and lost or in flow and on track? Are they aligned with your vision or just mailing it in? Sensing, and being able to adjust, day to day, to address your team’s overall health is imperative when building a high-performance team.

My Story

As a High Performance/Rock Star Leader, Shaman, Certified Angel Guide and Intuitive Empath I've had the honor to develop 6 high performance teams throughout my career. I was also diagnosed with Scleroderma in 1998 and told I had 7 years to live! I then refused all medications and embarked upon the most beautiful, scary, ridiculous and amazing journey of my life. However, discovering how to fully integrate my spiritual self with my personal and professional selves has been one of the most empowering and freeing things I've ever done. 

Why do I feel that leading high performance teams is one of the most significant contributions I will make in this life? Because, through creating a high performance team I have the honor of directly impacting other people's lives. Every. Single. Day. With the 6 teams I've developed so far, they trusted me with that gift, and when I stepped up to become the leader they needed, they stepped up to create a high performance team that I was proud to be a part of. Every single one of them. 

 Then, even more awesome, some of those people went on and carried those leadership traits forward as they moved on in their careers, creating an incredible ripple effect that continues to positively impact more and more lives. I'm also at the point in my life where I want to share and give back all of the knowledge and experience I've been so blessed to acquire throughout my career and personal healing journey towards stepping into my own "10". I am so excited for the opportunity to be in service to you!
